My name is Nina and I am owner manager here at Nature's Nursery Barn. I am a mum of four wonderful children, also a SEN mum. I have worked in childcare for 20 years. In my time in childcare I have met some absolutely amazing families and their little ones who I am still great friends with. I am level four qualified with a great amount of training and experience which I have gained over the years. I promote a home from home setting following the curiosity approach using lots of natural resources for children to use their imagination to create great learning experiences. We follow in the moment planning and look at children’s interests and enhance learning through play. I am looking forward to meeting all our new families to support the learning and development of their little ones in a warm and safe environment.

My name is Chloe and I am the deputy manager at Natures Nursery Barn. I am one of 4 children, being the oldest myself and then having 2 younger brothers and a younger sister who I absolutely adore spending time with. I also have a god daughter who is toddler age who I adore and spend lots of time with and love watching her grow and develop and being part of that is very special. I have worked in childcare for around 7 years and during this time I have loved creating bonds with lots of families and watching their children grow and develop, some of which the parents I am still friends with. I am level 3 qualified and have done lots of training but I am always willing to learn new things. I am really looking forward to my new position here and working in a natural, curiosity approach led setting which sparks lots of awe and wonder for the children. I have a keen interest in speech and language for children, and this is something I would like to look into further. I am looking forward to meeting all of the families and supporting yourself and your children throughout their time at Natures Nursery Barn, supporting their learning and development in a beautiful home from home environment.

My name is Bethany and I’ll be a practitioner here at Natures Nursery Barn in the baby room. I have been working in childcare for 5 years and during those 5 years I have worked with lots of different children ranging from 4 months - 11 years of age including a 1:1 role with a child who has SEN.
I have studied and qualified as teaching assistant which I loved and I am currently studying my EYE Level 3 as I am keen to gain more knowledge in Early Years.
I am really looking forward to meeting all of our new families and getting to know your little ones!

I’m Kirsten and will be a practitioner here at Natures nursery barn based in pre school. I love to play outside in all weather conditions and follow children’s interest in the moment. We can be singing in the rain in the morning and junk modelling robots in the afternoon.
I have 3 wonderful daughters of my own between the ages of 3 and 16 who give me inspiration and ideas for activities. We love to be in our wellies outside. Last year I decided to take a leap and change my career to childcare. I’m currently studying my EYE level 3 and I love it. I have an interest in SEN and have gained some experience this year.

My name is Demi and I work in the baby room here at Nature's Nursery Barn. I am a Level 3 qualified childcare practitioner with a passion for supporting babies through their early stages of development. Working in the baby room at our nursery, I am committed to creating a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment where each child can thrive. With a bubbly and caring nature, I bring energy and enthusiasm to my role every day, always striving to make a positive impact on the little ones in my care. I am deeply empathetic and passionate about supporting babies as they explore the world around them. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness their growth and development, and I take pride in fostering a safe and engaging space where they can build foundational skills for a lifetime of learning. I feel privileged to be part of each child’s journey and am dedicated to providing the very best care and attention as they grow and develop into confident, curious individuals.
